G-Speed Shuttle Thunderbolt 3, and ev Series Bay Adpaters
The G-Speed Shuttle from G-Technology is a portable 4-Bay RAID tower geared towards industry professionals optimizing their workflow in 4K and 8K video editing. Especially real time camera footage, multi-layer effect rendering, and quick/efficient exporting.
The Shuttle has 2x Thunderbolt 3 ports for the fastest speeds, and daisy chaining up to 5 additional devices! Not to mention the removable Enterprise-class drives are 7200 RPM, with a transfer rate of 1000MB/s.
It also comes preconfigured in RAID 5 for Mac OS, and supports RAIDs 0,1, and 10 for the most versatile storage. PC users can take advantage of any of these RAIDs with a quick reformat.
You have the option between 16TB, 24TB, 32TB, and 48TB arrays, certainly enough for some of the largest projects.
G-Tech also provides a different model of the G-Speed that keeps 2 of the 4 drives in a 20TB or 24TB config, but installs the other 2 bays with ev series adapters for quick offload of camera drives and readers.
Designed to be as portable as possible, the lightweight and compact design (with a convenient handle) makes it easily transportable between location and studio.
Your professional set up is always backed by a standard 5-Year limited warranty and unlimited free technical support by G-Tech’s experienced representatives.
