What you need to know:

• New/Sealed products can be returned within 30 days of their purchase date.
• Opened products will be refunded less 15% restocking fee (S&H is non refundable). 
• Opened external drives are non-returnable.
• Special order products are non-returnable.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please email us for an RMA request and indicate:

• Order Number
• Reason for return/exchange

Upon receiving the RMA, please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.  S&H is non-refundable.  Return shipping will be buyer's responsibility (unless if it's our error).
